James Nixon is Analyst1’s Customer Success Officer (CSO).
His professional background includes software engineering, enterprise architecture, pretending to be a data scientist, business process design and oversight, team leadership, and now in the Analyst1 platform itself.
After 14 years in a variety of contracting roles, James joined Analyst1 almost 8 years ago as the first employee with the co-founders. While here he has contributed to the core product capabilities, helped design and plan for advanced features and integrations, usually does not break things or processes, setup and delegated training plan executions for platform best usage, and setup and lead the Customer Success team (now twice).
Being the CSO is his right place in Analyst1 because the end users are the one who makes the difference, not the platform or the intelligence. He has immense confidence in his team, the whole company, and the product itself help cyber analysts understand and act upon cyber intelligence. Also, if things do go wrong, he welcomes customers hitting the “blame James” button as most of the staff still likes to do.
