Drawing from his extensive intelligence community background, where he led analyst teams defending against nation-state cyber threats and coordinated operations across interagency partners, Chad understands the pain points that slow down security operations. He’s built Analyst1’s operational engine to address these challenges: streamlining processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and creating systems that allow analysts to focus on high-value work instead of administrative overhead.

Since joining as one of Analyst1’s first employees in 2017, Chad has scaled the company’s operations from startup to serving enterprise and government customers. As COO, he owns cross-functional execution, ensuring that product development, customer success, and go-to-market teams work in seamless alignment. His leadership style emphasizes measurable outcomes, continuous improvement, and building a culture where people have both the freedom to innovate and the accountability to deliver.

Chad’s mission is simple: build the operational foundation that allows Analyst1 to keep solving problems for analysts at scale. When he’s not optimizing workflows or removing team blockers, Chad spends time with his wife and two kids, coaching youth baseball, playing golf, hiking, and enjoying cheering on the Washington Nationals and Capitals.
